From March 4 to March 11, 2025, at Mitsu we proudly celebrated National Safety Week, reaffirming our commitment to fostering a safe, secure, and health-conscious workplace. This week-long initiative was more than a series of events—it was a movement to engrain safety into our culture, actions, and mindset.
The celebration began with a solemn Safety Pledge, where every team member joined hands (and hearts) to commit to safe practices—not just at work, but in every walk of life. The Safety Flag Hoisting set the tone for the week, symbolizing vigilance, awareness, and shared responsibility.
Employees wore Safety Badges with pride—small tokens carrying big reminders. Prioritizing health as an integral part of safety, Medical Check-Ups were conducted across Mitsu sites in both our units, ensuring our teams are not just safe, but also healthy and aware.
Safety doesn’t have to be all serious—it can be engaging and expressive too. The “Chalta Bolta” Quiz Competition brought energy and excitement as employees participated in a fast-paced knowledge battle. Meanwhile, Rangoli Preparations and Displays at both units turned the workplace into a canvas of color, creatively highlighting safety themes and symbols.

At Mitsu we also had an integrated celebration of women and their strength along with emphasis on safe working culture. It was marked with warmth and gratitude. We recognized the invaluable contributions of women in shaping a safe, inclusive, and empowering work culture.
With spirited participation from all age groups, the Drawing Competitions held at both Unit 1 and Unit 2 provided a platform for visual expression of safety ideas. Through art, employees and their families reflected on what safety means to them—a beautiful blend of awareness and imagination.
At Mitsu, National Safety Week 2025 wasn’t just about activities; it was about building habits. Each event echoed Mitsu’s core belief: Safety is everyone’s responsibility. By involving all departments, units, and people—from team leaders to family members—we turned conversations into actions.
We extend heartfelt gratitude to every participant, volunteer, and organizer who made this week impactful. Let’s continue walking the path of “Think Safe, Work Safe, Home Safe.” Because safety doesn’t end with a week—it starts with every day.
