GO GREEN, THERE IS NO PLANET B

To encourage a green environment, on Women’s Day, we inaugurated the Green House on the terrace of our Unit II factory for farming. The female staff were given the opportunity to plant some vegetable seeds, such as beans, lady fingers, etc. They are willingly taking care of Green House on a daily basis. The produce is then used in our factory kitchen to cook delicious lunch food. On World Environment Day, i.e., June 5, Mitsu Chem Unit II contributed towards improving the environment. Mr. Raviraj Ilawe, Ex. Asst. Labour Commissioner, Palghar District, adorned the occasion by planting a tree in the outside garden.
One more initiative towards the Green Revolution (EHS policy) has taken place. We are in the process of replacing CFL and halogen lights with LED fittings. LED lights are durable, long-lasting, and energy-efficient with low voltage. We appreciate this initiative and support many such ideas to conserve energy.
